Sailing Partner
I have the boat! I'm not married to this boat - and the possibility definitely exists that I could be persuaded to get rid of it - and join forces on another boat...if I could find my "pirate charming". I KNOW that I want to sail the Caribbean and after that...the possibilities are endless. But when you live this sort of life, you must be sure that your partner is truly compatible and that you share the same dream. One must be willing to live without all the 'conveniences' that 'society'' would like to make you think you cannot live without! One must be willing to trade the wide-screen TV for the landscape of the world!
The possibility ALSO exists that this could be a part-time activity - with a land-base and a boat on the water! This is something to be considered with whomever becomes the partner.
WHO I WOULD LIKE TO FIND:
I would DEARLY love to find someone who shares the feeling that the life experience can never be anything more (or less) than what ONE IS WILLING to invest in it's creation. Life is an adventure awaiting those who go forth and create it to its fullest potential.
My heart is open to a relationship with a man who is an explorer at heart, a bit of a pirate, maybe, and who enjoys the joy found in love, laughter, beauty and adventure. He must have the capacity to be a true friend, and a loving and equal partner. And of course, it will be important that he be (or is willing to become) proficient at sailing.
Are you a man who has a supportive nature? Good sense of humor? Sort of 'laid back'?
Are you willing to plunge forward into what ever areas of life and living that you can imagine, and then experience it, as a beautiful dance?
Are you a lover who will share my passion for the joys (and the challenges) of living life to it's fullest potential?
Are you an intelligent, creative free spirit?
Are you an experimenter who is competent, honest, and able to openly communicate all of your thoughts with passion and clarity?
Are you able to focus mindfully and joyfully upon exploring, expanding and using your natural abilities and capacities?
Are you a TEAM player? Does the TEAM come before the individual players?
Tell me about yourself and your passions. What sort of experiences warm your heart? What do you want to do with the rest of your life?
In my search for a sailing partner, I have met lots of interesting people!
One of the things that I think I should clear up - this is not a paid position!! This is to be a 'partnership! Whoever goes with me on this journey will be expected to share in work and expenses! One should also be prepared to make an initial investment in the trip! This should be in money, work or 'stuff' for the boat! I've invested a lot of time and money in this boat, and am not in the business of handing out free rides to someone out for a joyride!.
